When you save a calendar meeting using ctrl+s it goes automaticly to draft mode, and therefor it will not sync. It is the same if you use the ESC botton and don't send mailt to invities (second dialog box).
So using save button instead of ctrl+s and the ESC botton will solve sync problems, and save calendar entry as accepted meeting.
