As you may know users may overlay internet calendars such as Google Calendars on their Notes 8 calendar and save them in their mail database for offline viewing. If you're running OnTime Group Calendar and would like to make sure that any such appointments are not added to the shared group calendar (which is the default) you may do so using the Calendar Configuration database.

To update your group calendar configuration follow the below steps:

• Open your Calendar Configuration ("calconn") database
• Edit the group calendar configuration document
• Switch to the "Advanced settings" tab
• At the bottom of the page in the "Additional search formulas" section specify the following formula:
  & !(Form="Appointment" & @IsMember("A" ; ExcludeFromView))

• Do a "fullsync" on the server to update group calendar databases
