Moving OnTime Meeting Manager to a new server

Instead of correcting each document in NAB, you can create a small agent that modifies the server name "MailServer" field on the selected documents.
On the site document you could also make a small agent that modifies the "AdminServer" field,

Stop following task: OnTimeMM, RnRMgr, Shed  (both Servers)
Copy files via OS !!! Important! (= replica)
Change fields in NAB – MailIn databases (Via new agent)
Change fields in MM – Site document (Via new agent)
Replicate NAB
Delete Busytime (Clubbusy if in Cluster) All servers
Start Sched – Build a new busytime
Start RnRMgr (vait until ok)
Start OnTimeMM
