IntraVision Introduces Mobile Group Calendar for IBM Lotus Notes and Domino.

COPENHAGEN – 18 Jan 2011: IntraVision announces the latest release of their mobile calendar tool for IBM Lotus Notes and Domino collaboration software.

The new release – OnTime Mobile Calendar Version 2.0 – comes with a completely overhauled design and incorporates a new user-interface aimed at delivering greater degrees of personalisation to suit the differing needs of a mobile workforce.

OnTime Mobile Calendar is a mobile application that enables users to locate staff, identify availability and create appointments on-the-fly, wherever they are. • Easy Access – OnTime Mobile Calendar creates a shortcut on the desktop of any smartphone to deliver faster access to a full-screen version with all the standard calendar functions and data at the touch of a button
• Instant Communication - When users find the right person needed, with just one touch of the screen they can initiate a call, an email or SMS directly from the screen

Using your widget in the Lotus Notes client gives you control over the daily work and a lot of processes can be made easier and with that, time will be spared.

The Widget TAAG is a “mini” Group Calendar that you can access from your Lotus Notes client and therefore there is no need to open the Discovery or your colleague’s calendars to view their free time or just where they are at the moment.

It is also from here possible to create a new meeting or a new e-mail to one or more persons. Just press and hold the CTRL key and click with the mouse on the names you want to create a meeting with or send an e-mail.

After selecting the persons you need, click on one of the create icons in the icon bar in the TAAG widget. See the picture below.
