Using TAAG makes daily work easier

Using your widget in the Lotus Notes client gives you control over the daily work and a lot of processes can be made easier and with that, time will be spared.

The Widget TAAG is a “mini” Group Calendar that you can access from your Lotus Notes client and therefore there is no need to open the Discovery or your colleague’s calendars to view their free time or just where they are at the moment.

It is also from here possible to create a new meeting or a new e-mail to one or more persons. Just press and hold the CTRL key and click with the mouse on the names you want to create a meeting with or send an e-mail.

After selecting the persons you need, click on one of the create icons in the icon bar in the TAAG widget. See the picture below.
